The Vision Behind AURA

After nearly two decades in healthcare, I kept asking the same question:

Throughout my career, I cared for patients in hospitals, long-term care, outpatient settings, and home infusion. I witnessed incredible compassion, but I also saw the reality of rushed environments, staffing pressures, and a healthcare system that too often leaves patients feeling like another task instead of another person.

​

As reimbursement and insurance policies continue to shift infusion care beyond the hospital setting, many patients have fewer choices than ever before.

​

AURA was born from that need and my belief that both patients and nurses deserve better.

​

AURA represents everything I believe healthcare can be: exceptional nursing, realistic staffing, intentional design, and an environment where every patient feels welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for.
