The Vision Behind AURA

After nearly two decades in healthcare, I kept asking the same question:

Throughout my career, I've cared for patients in hospitals, long-term care, outpatient settings, and home infusions. I've witnessed incredible compassion, but I also saw the reality of rushed environments, staffing shortages, and a healthcare system that too often leaves patients feeling like another task instead of a person.

As insurance reimbursements continue to shift infusion care beyond the hospital settings, many patients face limited options, long waits, and growing financial barriers. AURA was born from those experiences and from my belief that both patients and healthcare professionals deserve something better.

AURA Management Services created the AURA Infusions brand and model to support a better and more affordable outpatient infusion experience—one where thoughtful design, seamless operations, and a supportive environment allows every patient to feel welcomed, respected, and comforted from the moment they walk through the door. By operating outside the hospital fee structure, we help remove unnecessary cost barriers while preserving the highest standard of care. We provide the non-clinical infrastructure so physicians can remain focused on what matters most: delivering exceptional care!
