The Vision Behind AURA

After nearly two decades in healthcare, I kept asking the same question:

Throughout my career, I cared for patients in hospitals, long-term care, outpatient settings, and home infusion. I witnessed incredible compassion, but I also saw the reality of rushed environments, staffing pressures, and a healthcare system that too often leaves patients feeling like another task instead of another person.

As insurance continues shifting infusion therapy away from hospitals, many patients have fewer choices than ever before.

​

AURA was born from that need and my belief that both patients and nurses deserve better.

​

AURA represents everything I believe healthcare can be: exceptional nursing, realistic staffing, intentional design, and an environment where every patient feels welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for.

Every detail—from our environment to the culture we strive to create—was designed with one goal win mind:
